Wang Xiaojian

Mr. Wang Xiaojian graduated from Renmin University of China with a Master's degree in Economics. He is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both finance and industry.

With over 25 years of experience in financial and industrial research and investment, Mr. Wang has held key positions at several renowned financial institutions. He served as an investment manager at China Taiping Life Insurance and China Taiping Asset Management, participating in the management of tens of billions of RMB in assets and witnessing the critical development stages of China's bond market. He continued to deepen his expertise at Taiping Asset Management, from early corporate bonds to the birth of China's first corporate bond, accompanying the development of China's bond market. Later, he joined UBS Securities as a portfolio manager, where with profound professional expertise and keen market insight, he participated in designing and managing UBS Wealth Management's first independently managed product in China. After leaving the institutional world, Mr. Wang founded his own private equity management platform as managing partner. Over the following five years, the company grew into a large asset management institution with nearly 10 billion RMB in assets under management.

Additionally, Mr. Wang possesses solid theoretical foundation and broad social influence. He has served as a columnist for Shanghai Securities News and Reuters Chinese, and as a long-time member of various social organizations, he has been active in finance, industry, and corporate management, contributing to industry development with his rich experience and professional knowledge.

With changing markets and environments, in recent years, Mr. Wang has focused on industrial development and financial investment. Based in Shanghai, he serves large entrepreneurs in the Yangtze River Delta. His business scope covers secondary market equity investment, equity investment, project financing and M&A, as well as overseas financing and M&A, Middle East expansion, with business presence across Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Tokyo, and other Asian locations.
